Merge PDF Files Privately — No Upload
Drop two or more PDFs, drag them into the order you want, and download one merged file — all on your device. No upload, no account, no daily cap, no watermark. Disconnect from Wi-Fi after the page loads and it still works, which is why this is the safest way to merge bank statements, medical records, or court exhibits.

How it works
pdf-lib loads each PDF in memory, copies the pages into a new document, and saves it. No re-rendering, no quality loss, vector content stays vector.
When this is useful
- Combining a cover letter, resume, and references into one file.
- Stitching scanned pages from multiple batches into one document.
- Building a single PDF for a court filing or contract package.
Don't trust us — verify it yourself
Every claim on this page is auditable in 30 seconds:
- Open browser DevTools (F12 or Cmd+Opt+I).
- Switch to the Network tab and tick Preserve log.
- Run the tool with your file.
- You'll see requests for the page, library code, and ad pixels — never for your PDF.
Even better: load the page, then turn off Wi-Fi. The tool still works, because there's nowhere for the file to go.
FAQ
Are my PDFs uploaded anywhere?
No. The merging runs in your browser using pdf-lib. Disconnect your internet after the page loads and the tool still works.
Can I reorder the files before merging?
Yes. Drag the file rows to change the order. The merged file follows the order shown.
Is there a file count limit?
Practically, your device's memory. Dozens of normal PDFs are fine.
What about password-protected PDFs?
Encrypted PDFs need to be unlocked first. Use our Unlock PDF tool.
